Based on the nature of our product (i.e used vintage furniture), and given that no two pieces are the same, we do our very best to ensure our in person, and online buyers, are fully aware of all the details regarding the furniture piece (or pieces), they are purchasing, before purchase. We are more than happy to work with you should your piece present any major issues that were overlooked during the purchasing process (Excluding any damage or issues that occurred due to third party shipping*). Excluding these rare instances, and in the spirit of good faith and full disclosure, we do not offer returns or refunds for items shipped outside of the Ottawa region.
If for any reason, clients within the Ottawa region wish to return their furniture piece (for reasons not due to damage or lack of disclosure, which we would be happy to resolve with you), they may return the piece within 5 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. We are not a large, chain retailer and therefore charge a restocking fee to cover re-storage of the piece, new advertising and associated charges and the time associated with these activities. If the piece was delivered by Green Wall Vintage or our associated delivery service within the Ottawa area, the delivery Fee is non-refundable.
*Third Party Shipping includes all shipping methods where Green Wall Vintage, or our associated delivery service, did not deliver the piece, including such services as Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Manitoulin, etc. The buyer incurs all risks and fees (including insurance) associated with these services.
